I've copied the Web Developer Extension 0.9.3 from Chris Pederick's homepage and inreased the maxVersion value to 1.4.
I make it available on my site for your convenience. Please do not report any bugs to the original author, as there's no official support for nightly builds.

I hope Chris Pederick is okay with me altering and publishing his work. The Web Developer Extension is released under the terms of GPL, which means that my altered version is licensed under the GPL, too.
Support
There is absolutely no support. Chris Pederick does not support nightly builds and I am just a stupid little bastard changing maxVersion values in ZIP files.
